When you have arthritis daily life can be filled with many challenges, both physical and mental. Ordinary activities you once took for granted, from driving to climbing stairs to doing laundry, can be difficult and painful when you have arthritis. You may feel stressed, depressed, tired and angry at your pain and loss of independence.
You don’t have to let the stiffness, pain, swelling and fatigue associated with arthritis keep you from doing what you need and love to do. You can take control of your arthritis and achieve good living.
